BODYWORK
BODYWORXX combines remedial, deep tissue, therapeutic and sports massage techniques to help address muscular tension, discomfort and movement restrictions. Every treatment has a purpose: to release tension, support function and help your body find balance.
We start by understanding your concerns and where you feel restricted. Targeted soft-tissue work, sustained pressure, broader massage and gentle movement can be combined where suitable. The technique follows the purpose—not the other way around.
Depth is a tool, not the objective. We agree on the focus, adapt pressure to your response and allow time for feedback. Treatment should be controlled and considered, never a test of how much pain you can tolerate.
Release focuses on targeted remedial work. Restore supports sports, recovery and mobility. Rebalance offers gentler therapeutic massage and relaxation. Each pathway is adapted to you.
Start with what you feel, not a self-diagnosis. We work with relevant muscular tension and comfort; massage does not diagnose or promise to resolve an underlying condition. New, severe or unexplained symptoms and recent injuries should be assessed by an appropriate health professional before massage.
